Sun's out but bladdy cold. Better than yesterday when it was freezing fog all day that didn't clear until well after dark.

I am abounding with happiness today! Cool

The back end of last year and the beginning of this year I have had some worrying health symptoms. I recieved a letter today outlining the results of an ultrasound and and a cystoscopy I had on New Years Eve. My main worry was cancer in any of my urinery tract but the letter says not! Cool

After reading letter I went online to my Doctors and read a letter I have yet to recieve saying the results of an MRI on my prostate are that it is enlarged (which I new) but again, no sign of cancer.(Was dreading if I needed a biopsy) Cry
I am over the moon and can put up with nocturnia (frequent visits to loo during the night) as I don't need to get up for work so can have a lie in if I so wish!

My positive mental attitude and excercise routine (especially Barre, which excercises the pelvic floor) have helped me tremendously and it's taken  big weight off my mind!

So, you may need to put up with me for a few years yet! Tongue Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin

I've maybe overstated the worry I had, but things were at the back of my mind. My dear auld dad died of cancer, two weeks after a biopsy so if they had wanted me back for a biopsy I would have been really worried! Alls well that ends well! Cool Big Grin

Well every day is a bonus whatever age you are; enjoy them all and make the most of each one.

The first crocuses (Crocusii have appeared in the "lawn". The daffodil buds have bent over and are showing yellow so they won't be long and the snowdrops are well away. I'm sure they've spread again this year. I like the spring flowers best of all. they hold such promise of good times ahead!
