^^^^^^^^^^ And here was me thinking they just hadn't got round to fitting the windmill blades yet? 
I was fishing diretcly opposite a 'Proper' wind mill geneator that was situated at the other side of the river..They are huge and you could here the whoosh whoosh as the blades turned. In the past I have parked up the motorhome and slept by the river. The whoosh whoosh helped send me to sleep!
