All FREE except the granola, yogurt & cheese. Jalapeño chilli jam??! That's a bit spicy for you surely. Homemade bread too, you're on a roll. (No pun intended)

Greek 10% fat yoghurt for brekkie. Fo lunch Kato and I had homemade smashburgers with grated cheese. Kato had one and a half burgers and I had two and a half burgers with Habaneo mayonaise and sliced pickled gerkins. I added garlic ganules and some dried basil to the mix befoe forming burgers. I was a bit woried this would put Kato off but he didn't seem to notice it? He did run for a drink after cadging half a burger off me? ( It must have been the Habaneo maryonaise)

(No pun intended) The chilli jam was FREE, of course, so thought I should try it. I have quite a few freebies with Chillies in for when I'm feeling courageous/desperate. I do make bread once in a while, in a breadmaker, of course. May be doing it more frequently in October, unless I can acquire some FREE bread.
