It looks like bellflower (same as campanula?) to me too. The rosebay willowherb leaves I've seen are shinier.

Does anyone know this shrub? It flowers for a long time, this year at any rate. I was given it a few years ago but don't know its name.

Often called Pheasant berry. Spreads easily - they pop up all over the place here. I've only left one plant.
