B. Tinned pears, granola & yogurt
L. Cheese sandwiches
D. More smoked fish, rice & peas
YS Cream & apple turnover

Veggie cottage pie with broccoli and sweet corn.

The rest of the cottage pie but with cauli this time.

I am suffering a bit today as I am on a sardine fast! It's supposed to reset you metabolism and is supposed to be three days! I've had three tins of sardines today but have added pickled beetroot to make them a bit more palatable.
I am going away for a couple of days in the Motorhome tomorrow and one of my stops reportedly does a wonderful full English breakfast so the sardine fast may be cut short!

Good luck with it Vinny I do like Sardines but a couple of cans a week is enough for me. One on toast then other I usually turn into a sandwich spread or have with a salad.

I've quit early!  Stomach cramps this morning so its not worth it! I already have diverticulitus and I don't fancy starting a flare up...............so it's mince and eggs for dinner today............probably in Motorhome?
