I fancied some donar kebab meat from the chippiy on the way home from excercising yesterday so Kato and I shared it with a rather potent chilli sauce on mine!
This left me the lamb breast whitch I was going to have yesterday, to be eaten today with mint sauce of course! Earlier I had a small salmon sushi pack from Aldi.
I think that will be enough for today but I am at 'Savage' this evening which is a killer routine and I may be peckish when I return?

Yesterday I bought four pieces of salmom and some asparagus, both were 30% reduced at Aldi.
Today for my lunch I had oven cooked salmon with asparagus coated with a parsley sauce I made. It was really tasty and filling and I sat outside and ate it on the decking in the sunshine. Nicest fishy Friday lunch I have had in a long while!

All FREE except the granola & yogurt I took your advice and now get the large tubs of plain yogurt very cheaply! I sometimes add berries but don't mind it by itself actually at either breakfast time or supper time.
