I emptied a big tub of water by rocking it to and fro and none of it splashed on me.

I cleared the bottom of a wardrobe, there were some things in there not seen for at least 10 years! I even found a brand new waterproof long pacamac, never used. Now I remember buying it but had forgotten all about it.

Watched a series of training videos for a database I'll be using (hopefully) when I start volunteering for a charity.
AND opened a Revolut multi currency bank account.
AND went for walk.
Tomorrow I can have a totally guilt-free day of non-achievement.

TMI time. I finally got round to sending off the bowel cancer screening kit. My bestie's husband nearly died of bowel cancer and if he'd have done the test when it arrived, they probably would have caught it sooner, resulting in less chemo, radio and secondaries. I'm all for preventative screening.

Yes, just don't make the same mistake that I did when I was a child and try to poo directly into the tube.  Sick

^^^^ eeewwww! Thankfully didn't attempt that, these days the testing kit is miniscule, no sample pot involved, it's a very mini test tube with a wand to collect the sample. All very civilised.

Todays achievement was dusting the television stand and cleaning the television screen in the front room. I did it because it needed doing but mainly because I have the man from Virgin coming tomorrow to fit the new broadband. I got a bit carried away with the duster and cleaned the fireplace and marble hearth as well! Smile
