Happy Birthday Paul.xx You've done well to reach 80 considering what (or is that who?) you've had to put up with for so many years, Speaking of which, I hope the old bat is spoiling you rotten today.

He says thank you. He did say that thanks to the Old Bat he's reached this grand old age, he'd have never got there by himself. I'm not spoiling him. He said not to do anything special so I'm not. He never got me a card or anything for my 70th so this is payback. Although I'm not sure he's bothered, so the significance is lost. His attitude to birthdays is the same as yours to Christmas.

He did have some Baileys (or cheapo equivalent) last night that's about as far as he goes re celebrating.
