Yesterday was noodles.
Today lunch jalapeño poppers because the neighbour was collecting all our scrap wood for his wood burner. So thought I better give him a snack.
Tonight I’m having curry no idea what sort , I’ll find out when it’s defrosted.
Builder that would like to go play in the garden.

B. Toast & Marmite
L. Salad - lettuce, cucumber, tomato, radish & cheese
D. Sliced courgettes, dipped in seasoned flour & shallow fried in coconut oil & topped with grated cheese.
All FREE except the marmite

Yesterday tuna steaks with charlottes, french beans, carrots, and peas.
This evening baked potatoes with french beans and some savoury mice from the freezer.

Very basic Nachos, i.e. a plate of tortilla chips covered in grated cheese and bunged in the microwave is P's snack/treat of choice. Nothing wrong with Nachos or cheesy chips.

Scones & lemon curd.
