Have you tried Norwegian brown cheese? Can't remember the name but I desperately wanted to try it. Took a while to find some and it cost a fortune..............it was like eating fudge - in looks and taste. Didn't buy it again!

Aparently it is the caramalization of the milk sugar that turns it brown?  I would try it,but only if someone else bought it for me,which is highly unlikely!
