When preparing cheese, have you noticed how the block keeps needing to be squared off before it can go back in the fridge?

I don't dislike ANY cheese. My favourite is Gorgonzola or what I used to call 'sweaty socks' cheese when my Dad used to eat it! Kato's favourite is mild coloured chedder cos he's a wuss!
