I'm happy that I took my tortoise out of hibernation today and he is alive, healthy and munching away on some freshly picked juicy weeds.
I've been doing it for years, but it's always such a relief to get him through hibernation as that's when they are most at risk of developing problems.

All 22 of the tomato plants I grafted this year have taken and were still looking health but in need of a drink when I returned from 6 days in London toddler sitting. So I have 42 healthy tomato plants now.also all the other plants I'd left were looking good: onions, leeks, celery, caulis ... I just need to find time and the space to plant them out.

I'm happy that my lemon coriander seed has popped. For years I've failed to get any germination but this year is a success.
