Chinese cabbage - Michihili (1000)
Yellow Sweet Spanish (Utah) Onion (1500)
Jumbo Pink Banana Squash (25)
Pineapple Physalis ixocarpa (50)
Turkish Orange Aubergine (50) - Yes, I know I said I'd never grow aubergines again.
Have you tried sowing any of the 'Yellow Sweet Spanish'?
I bought some about the same time and have sowed several hundred but only a couple have come up.
No point putting 1000s in a packet if they are all duffers.

I've bought a tray of 10 polyanthus from Lidl to put outside the kitchen window (in next door's very narrow small front bed) to give P something pretty to look at when he's washing up.

Online seed order:
Sweet Pepper Jimmy Nardello
Tomato Red Zebra
Tomato Jaune Flamme
Melon Minnesota Midget
I remembered wanting to try Jimmy Nardello's after watching a video of pepper sowing on YouTube yesterday. I added a few extras from my ongoing wishlist as one does.

The Turnips arrived today with 3 packets of FREE seeds - Carrot, Topweight, Pak Choi KN9040 and Parsnip Sabre F1.
Next time DTBrown have a FREE P&P offer, I'll be buying another packet of 99p seeds.

Some seeds from Lidl:
Courgette de Nice à Fruit Rond (green ball)
Swiss Chard Lucullus (white stem)
Watermelon Sugar Baby (small)
Nasturtium Dwarf Bushy mix
Very excited to try a watermelon. I've seen a few people on YouTube grow this one as part of a transatlantic challenge and even the bad ones usually manage at least one fruit. Exciting!

It's rude not to buy seeds when Lidl get them in, right? I have bought Kelvedon Wonder peas, broccoli Atlantis, courgette Green Machine (oops, think I intended to put that one back - never mind!), Swiss chard Lucullus, Matador spinach, four packets of cress seeds, Middleman chives, and American Mix China asters. All but the cress are new to me.
Formerly self-contained, but expanding my gardening horizons beyond pots!
