Carrots, Kale, Leeks, Onions, Parsnips, Squash, Cabbage from the lists but also garlic and potatoes.
New potatoes in May would be a bit of a stretch - late June I think is earliest I can do in the open - and that is with fleece when frosts threaten.
Lots of soft fruit in the freezer with peas and pumpkin, squash, green beans, peppers and sweetcorn.

I pretty much always breakfast on porridge with a couple of handfuls of soft fruit, any 2 from red/black currants, gooseberries and raspberries and a dollop of local honey.
