Pressure cooked whole chicken with gyros seasoning and star anise. Served with mash and veg. Lovely treat

I can only tell you what the starter is. As I’m making that. Sweet pepper soup with chorizo, onion & roasted tomato tear & share bread. The rest is a mystery.
It’s the cleaning goddesses Christmas party .

YS breaded chicken goujons (43p) with chips done in beef dripping/lard mix and mildly spiced taco mixed beans. Only used half of the family pack of goujons which I would never have paid the £4.30 original price for! Quite a cheap tasty meal so can't complain!

Redcurrant topped sourdough pastry thingy.
D YS Charlie Bingham Fish pie (was £6, reduced to 60p) and I ate half (30p), carrots, sprouts and broccoli.
