Had to utilise my YS haddock loin fillets that I had purchased for a total prce of under a squid! Big Grin  Decided  to bake them in a crumb crust made from broken Tuc biscuits in melted butter! Cool

And rather nice they were too, served up with steamed brocolli! Smile
