The way I read the puzzle is that you are going to have 44 reserves (4 reserves for each player) plus your 11 original players (55 in total) on the field for 90 minutes

I can see (just) how you might have read it that way, but its meant to be 11 players and 4 reserves = 15 players.

The next puzzle if so easy I'm going to give you two at once!
