Cauliflower,broccoli and red cabbage in a cheese sauce mix with leftovers of pork shoulder joint from Sundaty!
Got home made leek and potato soup on the go for supper.

B. Pinhead with apple purée
L. Raspberry jam on thick bread crusts.
D. Sausage, veg and butter bean casserole.
My apples, jam and parsnips.
I’m hoping to eat something of mine at every meal.
