Son came home today... just for a flying visit.
Rib of beef from the farm shop,
Spud, parsnips, broccoli
and carrots.
Now I'm writing this I've just realised I left the spinach cooked in the dish and left on the side!
Bugger! It was delicious though....

Danny it’s similar in our house. MrB doesn’t like liver so he’ll have bacon and sausage instead but oddly he has it swimming in liver gravy.

Roast beef with all the trimmings bought as a local takeaway. Wasn't impressed really. I wanted chicken but they have taken it off the menu because it's too expensive and substituted it with turkey, which i don't like.

I’ve discovered the downside of using a slow cooker, it’s wanting to eat hours before the meals finished cooking. It smelt so good I was tempted to dip a slice of bread in.

Meatless Monday today so Vegetable Lasagne from freezer made a month ago by me, along with Linda McCartney's vegetarian Mozzarella 1/4lb burgers.
Naturalyi I was impressed with the lasagne, cos I made it originally, but I was also really impressed with the burgers as well.
