This is the lychnis “Gardener's World”. I really like it. Looks like a little rosebud and it’s covered in buds. Can’t wait to see it in its full glory. Any body grown this before? And is it easy to take cuttings??

3 times this morning I’ve written a list of what’s in flower. 3 time I’ve hit the post button and I’ve got a big message saying site not available!!!
I’m not writing the list again!
I’ve got lots in flower.

hardy geranium, 2 types

a late bit of sweet rocket
cornflower
hollyhock
cupids dart
nicotiana
honeysuckle
lavender
a stray snapdragon
red flax
purple toadflax

The list is almost endless at this time of year
In the veg patch: tomatoes, beans, cucs, courgettes, peas, the odd forgotten carrot, rasps, toscana strawberry, a selfseeded antirrhinum.
Ornamentals: Plox, ox eye daisy, evening primrose, roses, fuschia, buddleia, begonia, busy lizzie, gotetia, crocosmia, 2 varieties of salvia, gaillardia, gazania, hosta, dianthus, pansies, the last of the lillies, dahlia, aubretia, several rockery sedums, sempervivums, lobelia, mint, mimulus, clematis, morning glory, marigolds, tagetes and a single water lily. Phew!

So many of you have things flowering that are still only in bud here. I find it slightly mind blowing.
