I'd like you to wander around your garden on the 1st day of each month and list the flowers that you see - Photos welcome.Smile

Next month, December, can feel a bit dreary but there are always flowers in bloom somewhere!
Lovely idea Smile
Many moons ago I tried to photo a flower in the garden every week all year round. I recall a lot of dandelions!!
In another place, we did a Flower a day photo for a year. I wouldn't have believed I could do that, until I did!!
I remember that! I didn't remember to do it often but it was a lovely read!

I have hardy cyclamen out at the moment.not many - I planted 3 plants in my shady border and they are just spreading. They are beautiful.

I always struggled with this shady border but a few year Ms ago I tried something else. Filled it with bulbs. All early and in the summer it's just green but the rest of the year it really does show off.
I like the sound of this I won't have many photos but I do like looking (having a nosy) at others.
It's worth a try at least, might cheer us all up.......or depress ourselves when we see what others have in flower Smile
My camellias are starting to flower and that always makes me happy. They prompted me to start this thread as a flower in winter is worth two in summer (another little known saying I've just made up).
I still have a gazania flowering, I'm hoping that it will last til Dec 1st so I can photograph it.
I got a dock weed flowering - will need to stop it before it sets seeds.
Get ready for tomorrow Big Grin
