Sunday dinner from a local shop today as I didn't have time to make my own.
It was well supplied with beef slices, roast potato, mash, mashed swede, peas cabbage, carrots and yorkies with seperate gravy carton. All veg were freshy prepared (none of your tinned, microwaved rubbish) and all for the princely sum of £6.25. I couldn't make it at that price and can never do without my Sunday dinner!

Yellow sticker Coconut breaded king prawns with a mango & sweet chilli dip. £1
Had a box (4 boxes actually) of El Paso Tortillas, also Yellow stickered from £2 to 45p - so I spread the dip on the tortillas and rolled them around the prawns.
Enough of everything leftover for tomorrow.

Iceland's £1 range vegetable lasagne which actually cost me 90p with my Tuesday discount.Wasn't brilliant I must admit but the extra grated cheese I added helped. I forgot it was meatless Monday yesterday and ate some meat (ham and egg pie) so this week it's meatless Tuesday!

Same again but ran out of the dip so used Hoisin sauce instead.
