Stirfry of baby carrots, mangetout and chard leaves and stalks (from the garden) plus 3 onions and some tinned sweetcorn with soy sauce. If I'd thought about it earlier I could have had beans from the freezer and some sort of onion/leek from the garden instead of the bought stuff and gone completely SS for the meal.

Home made kebab tonight, with peas, chips from the air fryer, garlic yoghurt and a bun to contain some of it. Lovely!

Kidney bean ( actually a mix of homegrown beans ) curry with rice.
Followed by rhubarb crumble muffins & custard.

Picked up some reduced trout fillets today. I guess they were unsold because one was three times the size of the other!
So I bunged them in the smoker, made some tagliatelle which MrPP rolled while I made a sauce some Swiss chard, fennel cooked in butter, cream, dill and the smoked trout. This meant I got more than a ¼ of the fish
