Yesterday - yellow sticker chucnky breaded haddock with wonky chips
Tonight - yellow sticker cauliflower with homemade cheese sauce. It was so nice that I've eaten a whole cauliflower. Maybe best not to come to close to me.

I recently bought a little slow cooker at the charity shop for a fiver. Tonight I am going to try my daughters favourite of pork in ginger beer? I will probably have it with rice or lentils.

Tuesday - left over slow roast lamb and veg pilaf.
Wednesday - asparagus quiche, green salad, bread.
Tonight - curry - pumpkin podima; carrot and kale with chilli & mustard seeds; dhal & paratha for a change. Usually we have naan or roti.
Love this thread for inspiration

Today, left over ginger beer pork casserole from yesterday with brocolli, including stem, and parsnips from the lottie roasted in Goose fat.
Because the parsnips weren't like those you buy in the shops but were all sorts of shapes and sizes (far worse than 'wonky') they took quite a bit of preparation.Really nice though, and harkening back to the days before auld Chris Columbus brought the humble spud to our nation, and would have been all we had!
