All of the above and the wallflowers are just starting to show colour, it's a race to see which one will be the first out, and my indoor windowsill tom Red Robin has nascent flower clusters. Also a Robin on the bedroom window feeding station appeared to be doing a courting dance (either that, or it was drunk).

Cup of tea on the lawn, a new tromba/bean frame, compost bin filling up, what's not to be happy about. Not too happy about the -2ish temperatures last night. My unheated gh tomato experiment may be a complete failure
Survived my block of night shifts, just about. Shame I missed all the lovely weather over the weekend though!
I have slept for about 5 hours post-nights and now need to get up and do a few hours work as I have to give presentations tomorrow (I have a training day instead of my day off) and Thursday. Already looking forward to the weekend!

I finished writing presentation number 1 around 1am this morning. Have slept and have managed to present early in the full day training session. That means I just have to focus for about 30 more minutes so that I can facilitate feedback for the next person presenting, and then the rest of the day is easy, listening to/participating in low stakes presentations from other people (the focus of the course is on teaching skills, so quite a few people are doing non-work topics (I talked about fruit!)
Not quite the same as the post-nights day off I should have, but better than having to wait until last to present.

You could do surgery on fruit, i.e making a fruit salad. Ssorry Pros don't mean to demean your excellent dedication to learning. Couldn't contemplate courses/presentations/learning these days, sudoku's more my limit
