Seeing buds on daffodils. Should be in flower by March1st, St Davids Day - my target date.

The chickens have started to lay again!!

Roitelet, I think one of mine started again today too. I say "think" because there was only one egg, but it was a different colour to the darker brown eggs that Gwen's been laying for a while.

I've had an egg a day for three days on the trot too, but then we have had sunny days lately. It makes me happy every day

Hardly any of my new daffs are to be seen  I really hope they will come. It was such a hard graft getting them all in.

They'll come - some of mine are always earlier than others.

A mystery parcel just arrived - a can of Nettex Total Mite Kill spray (its for the chooks, not for me). Didn't know I'd won it.

Getting emails from two friends who I've emailed every Christmas for the last decade but not had a reply from. Lots of catching up to do!
