I tried to quote SC’s message about Southern Fried Chicken but have no idea how to do it.
Just wanted to say that I’ve made a similar recipe but used Panko breadcrumbs along with the spices for the crispy coating. Yum!

Just had the closest thing I’m ever going to get to a KFC.

 I always have trouble with the quote button. It seems to have a mind of its own! I just hit reply, it does the same thing as veggie says   . 

Can’t go expecting our little shops to have fancy stuff like Panko breadcrumbs     . It does sound good though     .
