A fantastic tech advice person at Motorola figured it out! There was just one obscure setting that I had turned off and needed to be turned on.
I now have my parcel - one tin opener, 10 compostable swedish dishcloths, and 12 compostable sponges. This bodes well for future Amazon purchasing ![Big Grin Big Grin](https://gardenandgossip.org/images/smilies/biggrin.png) (evil though they be, they are the most convenient way for me to get hold of anything I can't easily pick up at the supermarket, though that only works when I can actually get into the lockers!)

Very well! Obviously, I had to try it right away ![Big Grin Big Grin](https://gardenandgossip.org/images/smilies/biggrin.png) No sharp edges - definitely a game changer. No more sliced fingers for me!
