SC did you distill it or just infuse regular gin with rhubarb ?

Looks super SC, I also like the Blueberry gin, I might give that a try myself.

We used to make one with young beech leaves - took ages to find trees with low enough branches to reach the leaves - but it was worth it. Smile

There’s lots of recipes for rhubarb & ginger gin. But they all take longer. 
I just wanted to try a quick one. Because Bob wasn’t convinced he’d like it. I don’t like gin, can’t stomach the smell never mind the taste. But like sloe gin this is alright. I might try one that takes longer next time.
