Who told you this? This is true of all Februarys except in leap years when there are 5 of whatever day it starts on. For example, 1965 (an old diary I just happened to have to hand ) February started on a Monday, just like this February does, and ended 4 weeks later on a Sunday. 2022 starts on a Tuesday and ends on a Monday, again 4 of each day.

I wonder why they picked 823 years? 823 happens to be a prime number and if you go back 823 years you get to 1198, now idea what was happening then or if they even used the same date system as now.
I wonder where my ancestors were in 1198 and how many of them would their be? It would have been a lot. And if just one of them had had an accident, I wouldn't be writing this now.
Anyway,good evening.

In the year 1000, the population of the world was about 275,000,000 and if that was about 28 generations ago, we would each have about 268,435,456 many (2^28) ancestors which is more that all the people in the world. I think some of them must be duplicates somehow.

I had a dream last night ...............that my head was on backwards! When I semi-woke up, all I could think of was whether it would be easier to dress and whether, in the future, people would have heads that could rotate and face in any direction. Would your arms and legs have to rotate too, so that they matched your direction of travel?
Strange the ideas that enter your head when you're asleep.

Sounds like you have strange ideas while you are awake also.

Morning all
Just finished transporting four heaped wheelbarrow loads of logs closer to the house and stacked in my storage area next to the French windows. I probably have a week to a fortnights logs stored near to house now and once they get low I can order another load
I have a storage area at the top of the garden with a weeks worth of logs on standby in case I can't get load quickly.
We have more or less had continuous snow on the ground since Christmas and I am a bit sick of it now.
My Jalapeno's are starting to germimate and I have to pot on my spider Dahlias and get them on the bedroom window sill. Then its back to the tiling!

Morning all.
I am dog sitting in the back room as the OH is with the Physio. The dog wouldn't have bothered the physio but you never know how folks react to dogs? My own Son won't come in a room where there is a dog and has his children petrified. I have no idea why he is like this as he was brought up with a gentle German Shepherd?
The snow is still here in patches but is going slowly. We have the heating on just now but once the woodburner is lit I tend that in the back room whereas OH has the flame effect gas fire on in the living room.
We will find out when we get our next gas/electric bill whether its cheaper to do it this way rather than use the gas central heating? Its nice to have the glow of a fire in both downstairs rooms though.
