It was supposed to be Meatless Monday yesterday but I mistakenly had a bacon sarnie for breakfast! 
So today it's Meatless Tuesday!
My vegetarian meal for today was No Chicken Katsu Bakes plus Red Onion & Goats Cheese Lattices with garden salad.
