Experiment time again for late lunch! Rolleyes

I had some beef mince in the fridge and some chicken livers. I cut the stringy bits out of the livers then soaked them in vinegar & water for a short time. After draining in a sieve I chopped them all up very small until they were just about a pate!
I then hand mixed them with the mince which was a cold and had a disgusting look to it! Plopped it out onto a chopping board and hand formed  seven large meatballs out of it. These were cooked for a total of 30 minutes in the air fryer turning twice.

Kato had three with grated cheese on top which he loved. He doesn't usually like any type of liver so that was a plus.
I had mine with a small  tub of a tomato & herb pasta mix which has been in the cupboard for ages, also with cheese on top.

I like liver and I like mince but not too sure about mixing them so will only give it a 7 out of 10? Probably won't make it again? All was eaten with gusto though and it will give me a massive iron boost! Smile

I think in future I will say what I have had the day before as what I plan to have each day, always seems to change.? Huh

For brekkie yesterday I had a cold cooked sirloin steak with butter. For lunch I had two  Birds Eye fish fillets (on offer at 4 for £2.00 at Morries). Cool

For supper, and as a last minute stop off at chippie, I shared a donar kebab with kato (minus the pitta bread which even kato won't touch!) and salad for me (which has me suffering this morning, or was it the chilli sauce?) Will I never learn! Rolleyes
