2024 seeds and stuff I’ve bought acquired today

I've bought from B&M some Sturon and Stuttgarter onion sets and some Charlotte potatoes - 3 packs for £5.

I'll have to pop in there to see what they've got.

They have a few different onions and spuds, garlic, rhubarb, lots of flower bulbs and roots in bags. All 3 for a fiver.

Acquired a wormery and a hydroponics thingy. Not sure how that will work yet but it has lots of little black pots and some white cubes of something.

White cubes probably sponge for holding the plant stems?

Possibly, TMTT, I'll have a good look tomorrow, if the GH hasn't blown away.

Seeds I ordered last week arrived today.
From Real Seeds: Onion "Globo", Cicilly Giant radish, Fairy Tails iceberg lettuce, Salad Mix nasturtium.
From Sea Spring Seeds: Peppers "Early Jalapeno", Bell Boy" and "Tequila".
Also last week I have to confess to an impulse buy of Sunflower Giant Single in the supermarket.

I *think* I'm done buying seeds for this season.

Just realised I forgot the post I'd bought my Charlottes on the 19th from the corn merchants.

Had most of a £50 voucher left to spend at the garden centre, it was a prize for a local garden photo competition from a few years ago.

Wanted some evergreen climbers to replace a rose so got:

Clematis cirrhosa 'Freckles'
Clematis armandii 'Apple Blossom'

Had to find some things to spend the rest of the voucher on, so took a visit to the reduced section and got:

Buddleia 'Lavender Cupcake'
Thyme 'Golden Queen'

A big block of compressed coir delivered today, supposedly expands to 75 litres. £11.20 to go on the balance sheet.
