B. Missed it as I had to go out early to collect free food.

A Christmas cupcake
D. Stirfried garden veg ( chard, mangetout, mustard and kale) plus carrots and ginger with spicy couscous.
There'll be another cupcake or two later.

Fishy Friday so breaded Pollock with steamed broccolli and a home made cheese sauce. 
*Wonders?*  Why have I always used 'packeted' cheese sauce mixes,when they are so easy to make and taste so much better homemade.
