The rain does funny things to my head - I feel the need to delve in the back of the cupboard again! I've made myself a promise that I will use at least one out of date item every day. Today's chosen item was a sachet of Uncle Ben's Basmati Rice ( Use by 12/9/21). As a bonus I added a tin of chickpeas (08/23) and the last of the Soy sauce (03/25). Plenty leftover for tomorrow!
