Majority of the time mine is two components utilising meat, eggs & fish. I do use some 'flavourings' like avocado,olives, pepper and allotment grown onions now and again? Yogurt,Kefir and blueberries are my go too's that arent savoury. Lots of butter used along with dripping to cook with but deffo no seed oils or highly processed foods.Himalayan pink salt used in abundance!
