Cooking & Eating Edamame

HI PP, If you look in, can you let me know what you did with the Edamame beans, as I'm about to try to grow some!

Hello - in the end I froze them raw, forgot about them, defrosted the freezer, found them, boiled them, podded them and chucked them in a stir fry. Delicious!!
I've got quite a few rows this year and will probably just do the same again (without the forgetting bit, hopefully) as they're a good source of protein. I like the idea of eating them cool with a vinaigrette, too
