At lunch time Kato and I had 'smash' burgers which we both enjoy. I ate mine (with cheese on) standing by the cooker cooking others as my pan wouldn't hold four smash burgers. 
I was still hungry afterwards so I cooked off some lamb chops and had those with mint sauce!
Hopefully that will do me until tomorrow but I may have a snack later?
