I vary Veggie,sometimes OMAD,sometimes 2MAD,sometimes 3MAD and even 4MAD if the fancy takes me. My ideal scenario(and the eating program I most commonly adopt) is 2MAD wih no more than 6 hours between meals but lifes for living and I ain't anal about it,so I mix it up a bit now and again!
