YS Minted lamb kebabs, deconstructed to make meatballs, probably in a Moroccan type sauce with a tin of YS canelli beans thrown in for good measure, couscous, served with tom & cuc salad (salsa?) Or maybe the veg chucked into the couscous. Life is full of surprises.
