Exercise is a bad way to lose weight, but if you don't excercie as you get older your muscles waste away..............and apart from that I enjoy it and it gives me an adrenalin high!
As for today, after fasting yesterday I wasn't hungry this morning but forced down one slice of bacon and one fried egg before I went to Barre & Abs Smasher this morning.
I have cooked Chinese spare ribs and one pound of mince with a couple of eggs in it as I usually do. Only ate half the mince and only had a couple of ribs. Plenty more for Ron, or even tomorrow.
