Day 3 of rations
B. 1 oz Rolled Oats and some milk = porridge. Added a plum for interest
L. Olive sourdough toast with spread from my 4 oz ration
D. Stir-fried mangetout, courgettes and pumpkin seeds with a splash of soy sauce.
I accept that olive bread and soy sauce were probably not available in WW2 but I don't intend to waste any food that's in my store cupboard. waste not, Want not.
