2023 - Tonight's recipe

Lambs liver, bacon and onions.I added gravy made with onion gravy granules and thickened in frying pan. The gravy was so nice that after eating the liver and bacon with a fork, I used a desert spoon and finished off the gravy with that.  (All accomplished, whilst sitting in the sunshine on the decking!)

For some reason, Kato, the parky dog, doesn't like liver so it was pointless leaving the gravy for him!
