Doc says Ihave to lay off the red meat so instead of my Sunday Roast I had to find summat to make with turkey mince! 
The only thing I could thinkof was a stir fry with loads of veg, chillies, YS Edname beans and a boat load of garlic.
It was ok,ish but the mince reminded me a bit of Tofu which I find quite tasteless. The fresh chillies in it helped to flavour it a lot though!
