Monday is often odd soup day as I use up leftovers, so today we have one based around leftover smoked cod chowder, roast pumpkin, a bit of spicy cabbage and carrot curry and the liquid from my first go at cheese making. I used lemon to split the curds & whey so the liquid is quite lemony!
