INs - more unwanted food - a box of Jacob's crackers, more noodles, tinned fruit and custard, porridge, tin of mackerel and some tuna in a sachet. Every little helps.
Also a small bag of Westland compost for which I swapped a couple of cucumber plants and some lettuce and courgette seeds.
