2022 - What's made you happy today

I got a bag of tikka masala powder in the post today. That'll make it a bit easier to keep me on the straight and narrow - chicken thighs cooked that way are easily my favourite thing to snack on

One of my favourites as well!  I buy the ready  Tikka coated chicken thighs from Aldi. I love them and also the smell that permeates through the house when they are cooking.
