I have been told that as some people get old they start to make mistakes when they are reading, so I am not surprised at your mistake JJB, the word was odd, o d d not o l d I suppose an easy mistake for the elderly to make and please don't think I am offended by it either, and don't get upset because I had to give up time to explain this to you, I don't mind helping the elderly

This thread just shows that there are some odd people about I suppose it's just as well we are all diffrent, it wouldn't do for everyone to be as perfect as m.......

For some reason this reminded me of my granny, and she would be very old if she was still alive. One of her sayings was "Everyone's queer 'cept you and me - and even thar's a little queer." Does sound the saame generation.

So Mark, your granny was of the same generation as Veggie
