Turn one
Turn on the first switch, wait, say half an hour till you can be sure the bulb is very hot, then turn it off and turn on the second switch, just for a few minutes so the bulb is warm. Then you have a red hot bulb, a warm bulb and a cold bulb. Enter the room and touch.
Or just do the first bulb, then turn on the next and enter the room. You will then have an unlit hot bulb, a lit bulb and an unlit cold bulb.
edit - the more times I write "bulb", the stranger the word seems.

3 switches, 3 bulbs, one entry into room?
