JJB I would suggest growing peas in the greenhouse and harvesting the tops over winter, I did this after a suggestion from Veggie and really worth the effort
Veggie suggested early peas in the GH in pots over the winter, I have two pots of them on the go, one mangetout the other ordinary, so I'm not a total dead loss.
Peas and carrots are a definite maybe.
Gardening is an excuse not to do housework
